Silverspoon Asset Management was established in 2020 to provide asset management and financial services for property owners and investors in Eswatini. The founder of Silverspoon Asset Management is the former directors of the Swaki Group of Companies with decades of experience in the property market. The company currently provides property and asset management services to many corporate clients in Eswatini and aims to deliver excellent results for its’ clients.

Management Fee Structure
- A fixed annual negotiated percentage on gross collectibles
- The consideration payable to the manager is exclusive of VAT
- The management Fee is drawn monthly and reconciled annually with audited financial statements
- No commission is payable on leases
- All operating expenses and running costs of the property shall be for the account of the Property Owner but paid by the Manager in first instance from monies collected
