Theo Hlophe is the Group Property Director of Silverspoon . For over two decades, Theo has worked in the property space at the Kirsh Group of Companies where he held various roles that included property development, managing commercial, retail and residential properties, contract negotiation, tenant administration and the management of staff and service providers. Under his leadership, he has initiated and conducted a wide range of investment deals both in the domestic and international investment market.

Theo Hlope is a graduate of the University of Cape Town in South Africa where he attained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Economics and Information Systems. Theo has held various senior management and executive positions and is involved in a number of Boards in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
